Crittenden Memorial Award to Carl Spatocco, regional v . p . from the practice Affiliates/All-Condition Career School, Lester, Pa. The ceremony occured March 15, 2011, with the Truckload Carriers Association’s (TCA) Annual Convention inside the Hilton Bayfront Hotel & Convention Center in Hillcrest, Calif.
