Hillcrest, Calif. – The Professional Trucker Institute, Corporation. (PTDI), a company whose mission should be to raise the standard of trucker courses by creating and promoting minimum training standards, by certifying courses that meet individuals standards, has awarded its 13th annual Lee J. Crittenden Memorial Award to Carl Spatocco, regional v . p . from the practice Affiliates/All-Condition Career School, Lester, Pa. The ceremony occured March 15, 2011, with the Truckload Carriers Association’s (TCA) Annual Convention inside the Hilton Bayfront Hotel & Convention Center in Hillcrest, Calif.
